Return and Exchange Policy
**All Sales Are Final**
- All sales of Kobi Levi shoes are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. We do not offer refunds or store credits for any Kobi Levi purchases.
Shipping Charges
- A shipping fee of $95 per pair will be applied to all Kobi Levi shoe orders. This fee covers the cost of shipping directly from Kobi Levi’s studio in Israel to your location via EMI Global. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photos and a detailed description of the issue. If the item is deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error, we will work with Kobi Levi's studio to address the issue.
Order Confirmation and Shipping
- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your shoes are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
