For only $7.95 you can return your merchandise to us. This price is for each prepaid return label used and we subtract it from your refund before crediting your card. This policy is for US addresses only.
You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return a purchase. The merchandise must be returned in brand new condition, never worn or washed.
Please Note: FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Follow these steps:
All merchandise must be returned in brand new condition. Please use a carpeted area when trying on shoes to avoid damage. We are sorry, but we cannot accept any returns for worn, dirty or damaged merchandise. These items will be returned at the customer's expense. No exceptions.
Place the merchandise and shipping invoice inside of the shipping box. The indicated portion of the shipping invoice must be filled out.
Please Note: Shoes need to be returned inside a shipping box to prevent damage to the shoe box.
Log into your account and download your prepaid UPS return label to attach to your box. If you do not have an account with us, please email us for a label. If for some reason you cannot use a UPS label, you may return them another way and we won't charge the return fee.
Once your package is ready, drop it off at any UPS location, drop box or with a driver. It can take five business days to arrive at our store.
When we receive your returned package, it will be processed within 48 hours. You will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise less the $7.95 return fee. After the refund is processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
Please Note: All original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
You will see the return on your credit card in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
All you have to do is place a new order then return the original merchandise to us for a refund. Please Note: Exchanges are only available to our US customers.

If the order is placed before 4 pm CST, the package will be shipped on the date ordered. Orders are sent via UPS and will arrive in approximately 5 business days with standard shipping. The first business day starts the day after the order ships.
2-day Express delivery orders will arrive on the second business day if placed before 4pm CST M-F. This is for M-F only, no Saturday/Sunday delivery. Overnight orders will arrive on the next business day if placed before 3pm CST M-F. This is also for M-F only, no Saturday/Sunday delivery.
We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or a P.O. Box. For Alaska or Hawaii orders, please allow 6-10business days for standard shipping (Parcel Post) and 2 to 3 business days for express shipping (Priority). For APO/FPO orders, please allow 6-10business days for standard shipping and 3-6 business days for express shipping.
Track your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can click on this number to see the status of your package. Or you can visit the “My Account” page where you will sign in to your account and click on “Track Order”. You will be brought to the delivery service's website where you can check on your order's shipping progress. It may take up to 24hours for tracking information to appear on the website.
